This position serves as an Enterprise Governance Coordinator, who works across the Department of Human Services’ (DHS) enterprise and other state agencies to direct large scale, complex initiatives. The primary role of the incumbent is to plan and direct projects that are a priority of the DHS Commissioner’s Office including, but not limited to, the Service Delivery Transformation Governance Model, and the DHS/DCYF Shared Governance Model. In this role, this position provides the coordination and oversight of DHS’s governance system, as well as tactical and administrative direction related to the execution of governance
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
+ Lead coordinating, developing/designing, and implementing governance systems that impact both the agency and its partners.
+ Support cross agency teams in the ongoing planning and project management process for process for governance coordination, design/development, or implementation
+ Lead and coordinate external stakeholder engagement initiatives that support DHS and Human Services governance framework(s).
+ Direct and facilitate external-facing activities related to governance, or that have a DHS or Human Services Landscape component and/or a federal and/or state statutory requirement.
+ Assist the DHS Commissioner’s Office, and other executive leadership with ad hoc project management and executive level communication needs related to governance as requested.
Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of strong consulting/project management, change management, analytical and problem-solving skills focused on large scale, highly visible projects with the ability to think strategically and align projects with business goals.
Experience must demonstrate:
+ Hold primary responsibility in development and implementation of complex, large-scale process and projects based on limited information across an organization or enterprise.
+ Communicating complex information clearly and concisely to varied audiences; developing materials that are audience-ready and support decision-making.
+ Operating with a high degree of independence and accountability, managing deliverables end-to-end with minimal oversight relying on change management skill set with ability to inform, facilitate, negotiate with and broker agreements between individuals and groups.
+ Problem-solving skills to quickly integrate information and requirements from a variety of sources, identify positive and negative impacts, understand the influences of internal and external factors, design and analyze alternatives, and recommend solutions for project and program improvement.
