A Day in the Life:
The Subrogation Analyst is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical duties associated with subrogation operations. This role supports the subrogation team by creating and maintaining reporting, performing research and analysis, and overseeing claim system updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
+ Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly and ad hoc reporting.
+ Ensure data integrity and promptly resolve issues related to reporting.
+ Apply analytical techniques to generate meaningful insights from data.
+ Create and maintain Tableau reporting as needed for department goals and initiatives.
+ Collaborate with Case Manager development team on system updates and testing.
+ Utilizes Excel, Case Manager and Tableau.
+ Communicate effectively with internal departments and various leaders within the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
+ 2 years Subrogation experience preferred
+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
+ Ability to influence
+ Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ General accounting knowledge
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
+ Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
+ Ability to drive process and organizational change.
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
