    THIS IS NOT A WEB DEVELOPMENT ROLE.

     

    Theprimary functionof this role is to create and manage engaging digital content that supports Ace Endico’s marketing and eCommerce initiatives. This includes developing social media content, maintaining and updating the company’sShopify eCommerce platformand main website, and writing compelling copies for company blogs and other digital channels.

     

    We’re looking for aproactive, detail-oriented self-starterwho can balance creativity with organization, ensuring our brand voice and online presence remain consistent, fresh, and impactful.

     

    If selected for an interview, candidate should be prepared to show examples of their previously created content and writing samples.

     

    Essential duties and responsibilities

     

    + Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.

    + Maintain and update theAce Endico Shopify store, including product listings, images, descriptions, and promotional content.

    + Assist in the upkeep of themain company website, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and aligned with marketing initiatives.

    + Write, edit, and proofread copy for blog posts, marketing campaigns, and website pages.

    + Collaborate with the marketing team to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and digital storytelling.

    + Monitor digital performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization.

    + Utilize affiliate marketing and paid ads to increase revenue to an e-commerce platform

    + Monitoring trends in the food and beverage atmosphere and creating content in a timely manner

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Skills

     

    + Proficiency in Shopify, including managing product listings, optimizing site performance, and supporting eCommerce initiatives.

    + Strong understanding of social media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content best practices.

    + Photography and videography skillsfor creating engaging, brand-aligned digital content.

    + Excellent copywriting and editing abilities, with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excelfor organizing, tracking, and analyzing marketing or eCommerce data.

    + Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skillsin English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    + Professional interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

    + Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with SEO best practices and optimizing web content for search visibility.

    + Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar digital marketing analytics tools.

    + Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact).

    + Understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, or remarketing campaigns).

    + Background in foodservice, retail, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
