    Job Description

    As a **Sr. Financial Systems Analyst** , you will integrate business processes to create value through improved business performance and improved decision support in compliance with business policy and regulatory requirements. You will recommend and implement technology-based business solutions, conduct research, and document business requirements, processes, and system specifications in collaboration with IT. Additionally, you will provide process improvement, analytical, and reporting services to support business initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize extensive business knowledge to analyze business needs, offer solutions, and define project requirements as related to the strategic project roadmap for the ERP.

    + Recommend change management practices or methodologies to the business that will have a positive outcome on workflow and process integrity to improve workflow and process integrity.

    + Apply systemic thinking to understand the impact of new technologies, business units, or regulatory requirements on core business processes.

    + Define, document, design, develop, analyze, and implement technologies related to business functional needs.

    + Collaborate with business teams to define business and technical processes that support business goals and initiatives.

    + Ensure the quality of application design, project tasks, project completeness, project requirements, application test plans, and adherence to development standards.

    + Support day-to-day operations for exception handling and scheduling automated processes according to a fiscal calendar.

    + Review business processes and recommend improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

    + Collaborate with users to develop workflows, reporting, and KPI measurement dashboards to support business goals.

    + Analyze business and financial information to determine present and future financial performance for business initiatives and operational decisions.

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking for

    + **Education** : You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent practical experience.

    + **Experience** : You possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including 1–2 years working on ERP-related projects, such as configuring and implementing ERP modules within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream.

    + **Process & Testing Skills** : You have strong proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process documentation, and integrating business processes, while having exposure to IT change management methodologies.

    + **Problem Solving** : Ability to develop and evaluate multiple solutions to moderately complex challenges and recommend the most effective approach.

    + **Communication** : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly convey technical concepts.

    You'll Go the Extra Mile

    + **Technical Skills** : You bring SAP S/4Hana experience and have Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge, especially with tools like Google BigQuery and Looker.
