What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance is a role within the Walmart Fleet Services team focusing on sustainable transportation, world class maintenance operations and will help lead Walmart’s fleet of the future. The role is based in **Bentonville, AR.** This position reports to the Director, Transportation Maintenance and will require up to **25% travel.**

What you’ll bring…

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Industrial Engineering or related field

+ 2-5 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, automated manufacturing, or related field

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively – confidence, credibility, and concise, organized thoughts

+ The ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently

+ Demonstratable business acumen and ownership of project activity

+ Defining vision and strategies for alternate fuel vehicle technologies using internal and external requirements, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives

+ Leading in design and development of progressing alternate fuel vehicle technologies

+ Establishing, influencing, and managing high-visibility key supplier relationships

+ Transportation and Logistics Industry Experience – Class 8 Vehicles, Maintenance, Design

+ Experience with Overall Equipment Efficiency, Total Productive Maintenance or Total Cost of Ownership

+ Data analytics (Power BI/Tableau) and dashboard creation experience

+ Fleet regulatory compliance experience

+ Program/Project management experience

+ Manufacturing Industry Experience – Operational leadership and root cause analysis

+ Lean and Six Sigma Experience – data driven, value stream analysis and improvement

+ Passion about continuous improvement, operational excellence and zero loss

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, fleet maintenance, or a related area.

Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, fleet maintenance, or a related area.

3 years’ supervisory experience.
