Collins Aerospace is looking for a Specialist to join our site as the SAP Global Trade focal who will support three business units located at the Everett site. In this role you will work directly with all functions in the site helping to guide their processes and support the system and compliance checks. This role will be responsible for supporting strategic leadership and daily tasks in expediting the checks and controls in SAP and the compliance system of GTS (Global Trade Service) System.
This a hybrid position (typically working 1-3 days in the office) and may be eligible for relocation.
What You Will Do:
+ Candidate will focus on establishing and improving procedures for compliance handling in SAP and GTS
+ This will include developing or updating standard work instructions, procedures or job aids to match the global or corporate procedure and site requirements
+ Performing compliance checks and releasing GTS blocks
+ Managing and monitoring blocks and controls for export and import processing
+ Communicating Global Trade Requirements across the site to promote general awareness
+ Process maintenance and compliance for our Operations business processes
+ Based on training and guidance will be able to check orders that require screening due to country, business partner or master data
+ Review material master data and confirm with the master data team if all required input is maintained to ensure a smooth system processing
+ Guide and coordinate with engineering or other parties for notification when parts are missing classification
+ Process improvement in our various business processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of Office Applications
+ Experience performing data entry and analytics in an ERP system
+ Experience reading engineering drawings
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ SAP Experience
+ Experience in the aerospace industry
+ SQL experience
+ Programming in VBA
+ Experience with Global Trade issues such as the Harmonized System

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
