    ADP is hiring a Lead Data Analyst for the Data Security Team in the Global Security Organization!

     

    ADP is hiring an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our Data Security Services (DSS) Team within the Global Security organization. As a Fortune 500 company, ADP's data is at the core of our business, and our data security team is critical to our success. The DSS team is integral to the Zero Trust Data Pillar, and you will play a key role in our mission to secure and govern ADP's data for the future.

     

    This is a hybrid role based in our offices in Roseland, NJ, or Alpharetta, GA. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to foster innovation and mentorship. Our hybrid model is designed to balance focused, independent work with team collaboration in a vibrant office environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    In this role, you will lead the development and execution of data reporting processes for our Data Security programs. You will be a bridge between security engineering and business leadership, ensuring data is accurately reported and actionable. You will drive improvements in reporting maturity by engaging with both data owners and consumers, using insights to improve security programs and data controls.

     

    This is a hands-on technical and analytical position that also requires strong communication skills to present complex findings to diverse stakeholders.

     

    + Develop and oversee an enterprise-scale data quality and analysis program.

    + Design and execute reporting processes for the Data Security team, coordinating improvements and engaging with data owners and consumers.

    + Analyze and interpret large-scale security log datasets (SIEM) involving billions of data signals to drive security program improvements.

    + Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, outliers, and patterns in security data.

    + Communicate fluently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

    TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

    + 5+ years of experience as a Lead Data Analyst, preferably in a technical or security-focused environment.

    + Expertise in Power BI, including advanced dashboard creation and data visualization.

    + Strong experience in establishing or managing a data quality and analysis program at an enterprise scale.

    + Proven track record of using data reporting to understand, improve, and drive business operations.

    + Experience with enterprise-level logging systems (e.g., SIEM) and handling large datasets.

    + Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least two other data tools (e.g., DataBricks, Tableau, Alation).

    + Strong foundational understanding of statistics and applied analytics.

    + Experience with at least one programming language (Python or PowerShell preferred).

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    + Experience with graph databases or Graph API.

    + Background or degree in Math, Statistics, or Applied Analytics.

    + Experience using PowerApps or JavaScript.

    + **Leadership / Process** Mindset - Advise, Develop, & Coordinate among multiple cross-discipline teams to establish sustainable processes to improve data security, while avoiding process friction and reducing security incidents globally.

    **Primary Focus** for this role we’ll need you to bring your A-Game. You’ll be instrumental in raising the bar with how we use data to help guide us in the most effective path towards risk reduction. Allowing us to improve our layered data security controls, determine weaknesses, and reduce time to remediation with a future state involvement around zero trust network access, data governance, and solutions integrations.

     

    In partnership with your colleagues, support the collaboration and influence multi-disciplinary teams in testing, identifying, and remediating of data security along with implementing new standardization data policy processes. This role will support designing, doing analysis on the network layers, providing reports and dashboards to mitigate network security risks, and management of strategies and practices that continuously monitor and improve security for internal and external-facing applications. Core focus will be delivering a sustainable governance model, supported by this role and the Data security team, that evolves in maturity with orchestration and automation. Success criteria for this role lies within defining, measuring, and reporting key metrics to support ongoing monitoring of compliance with Global Security Network standards, that reduce risk and narrow the attack surface of malicious actors. You will interact with numerous teams across ADP: Global Network Solutions, End User Computing, IT Architecture, Data Stewards, Project Management, Legal, Data Privacy and IT Operations to develop, enhance and drive the vision and effectiveness of the data security program.

    You will join a highly skilled and focused team providing excellent data security services, strategies, & processes. We protect sensitive ADP client and company data throughout the data life cycle. Responsibilities include protecting company and client data from exploitation or misuse, leading the design and implementation of data security and privacy policies, identifying weak control areas and analyzing relevant mitigating controls, and mitigating operational risks associated with data in motion and at rest.. We help develop, enhance and drive the vision & effectiveness of the data security program.

    Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $79,800.00 - USD $213,930.00 / Year*

     

    *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
