    Job Summary

    As a Technology Analyst, you will oversee and optimize IT infrastructure vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to drive organizational goals, boost efficiency, and maintain compliance. Serving as a vital bridge between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors, you will manage the full vendor lifecycle—from initial selection and negotiation to ongoing monitoring and renewal.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Monitor and report on vendor-related KPIs, including performance metrics, cost savings, and risk factors, to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

    + Foster effective collaboration and communication among IT teams, business units, procurement, and external vendors to ensure seamless project alignment and successful outcomes.

    + Communicate effectively with internal and external parties during meetings to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

    + Identify and implement process improvements in vendor management to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver greater value to the organization.

    + Develop and deploy governance frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize vendor management practices across the IT Infrastructure team.

    Required Skills & Technologies

    + Demonstrated expertise in IT vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and relationship building.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in KPI tracking, data analysis, and process optimization.

    + Solid understanding of procurement, governance, and compliance standards in IT environments.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and delivery.

    + Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure tools, procurement systems, or contract management platforms.

    + Familiarity with Smartsheet and Google Workspace (G Suite) for collaborative project tracking.

    + Knowledge of ServiceNow for demand management and workflow automation.

    + Experience utilizing AI tools for document formulation, such as generating standardized templates for vendor communications and reports; or using AI-assisted drafting to create clear, concise emails, proposals, and documents that improve collaboration and reduce manual errors.
