    Multi-Site Flex Officer – Part Time – St. Joseph, MO

    **Wage:** $16.91-$20.00/HR

     

    This position is for a Flex Officer, and will require training at multiple sites in the St. Joseph, Cameron, Maryville and Weston areas. Flex Officers will be scheduled to cover open shifts, call-offs, vacations, etc., and will not have a set schedule. Pay is per site, but candidate will not make less than $16.91 an hour. Will make more at higher paying sites.

     

    Officer will be responsible for Access Control, Monitoring Cameras, Patrols using the Vision phone, Alarm Response as dispatched, and other duties as assigned by the District Manager, or Supervisor at each site.

    Position Requirements:

    + 18 years of age or older.

    + High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

    + Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

    + All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

    + Candidate needs to have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

    + Computer experience required.

    + 2nd interviews required with DM.
