Job Description
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients.
+ Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
+ Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes.
+ Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
+ Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively.
+ Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 3–5 years of experience in project management.
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and customer use cases.
+ Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
