    LSI Staffing is HIRING Production Workers – Napoleon, OH

     

    BIG PROJECT UNTIL DECEMEBR $19.50 PER HOUR LOTS OF OVERTIME!

     

    Our office is located in TEXAS we will be conducting interview VIRTUALLY- ZOOM!

    Starting Pay:

    + $19.50 /hour – 3rd Shift

    Requirements:

    + Must be flexible to work Saturdays and overtime.

    + Must pass a background check and drug test at the clinic.

    + Must be reliable and dependable.

    Work Rules:

    + Hair must be pulled back at all times.

    + No jewelry allowed.

    + Closed-toe shoes required.

    + Wear jeans and a t-shirt (no holes or offensive designs).

    + Long hair must be tied back.

    + Employees cannot leave for lunch – please pack a lunch.

    + A clear water bottle with a cap is allowed on the line.

    Schedule:

    + Monday – Saturday PLUS SUNDAY

    **Note:** This is a **project position** . If you are a strong worker, there is a possibility to be hired long term.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce products according to specifications.

    + Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.

    + Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

    + Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during production.

    + Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the manufacturing facility.

    Skills

    + Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.

    + Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.

    + Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.

    + Proficient in using hand tools and power tools effectively.

    + Previous warehouse experience is a plus, contributing to an understanding of logistics and inventory management.

    + Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize quality standards in production output.
