    Job Description

    The Field Marketing Coordinator II (REMOTE) will work primarily with Program Managers, Purchasing, Art & Design and Marketing departments to ensure accurate, timely product information is presented via all catalogs and web stores. Provide technical support for other Marketing Coordinators on day-to-day tasks and work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all projects meet the mandatory press date. Position will require strong written and verbal communication skills with sales, purchasing, and customer service. The position also requires attention to detail and requires strong organizational skills. Work on small scale property programs to programs as large as Michigan/WA Property Programs.

     

    **COMPENSATION:** The hourly rate for this position is $18 to $25. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

    Job Responsibilities

    Accountable for collaborating with the Program Manager to develop all assigned program catalogs, order forms and posters which include but is not limited to, removing deleted or discontinued products, price changes, proper item description, price, volume/weight, picture, item number, UPC, rules and regulations, ordering information, shipping weights, order forms, proofing, etc.

     

    Accountable for ensuring that all assigned program source codes in DAX are correct. This includes but is not limited to item restrictions and product limits for each program and/or facility, unique specification for the program, promotions, pricing, taxes etc. Work with Website Coordinator to confirm all website programs are ready for go-live with applicable hold codes.

     

    Work with Art & Design Department to ensure press date deadlines are met of materials assigned per program production schedule.

     

    Accountable for ensuring that all websites are correct. This includes but is not limited to information, promotions, rules and regulations, FAQ?s, etc. Responsible for testing and troubleshooting, confirming pricing, product offering, photos, taxes, etc.

     

    Responsible for adding and updating invoices and packing slip logos for assigned programs.

     

    Provide technical support for other Marketing Coordinators on day-to-day tasks including assisting with questions and prioritizing projects.

     

    Provide the Inventory Specialist with a final menu when a seasonal program goes to press. (Set up DAX for Master Menu to be produced)

     

    Accountable for collaborating with the Program Manager to develop all assigned program posters and any other marketing related materials.

     

    Accountable for development of applicable flyers for assigned programs as needed.

     

    Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure cost is accurate in DAX, removing deleted or discontinued products, price changes, proper item description, price, volume/weight, picture, item number, UPC (if applicable), K/H, features on items.

     

    Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure rules and regulations, ordering information, proofing, etc. is applied in final marketing materials. Confirm limit charts for each assigned program. Ensure tax rates are set up for the source code.

     

    Collaborate with assigned warehouse and customer service to complete processed test orders.

     

    Daily monitoring of replacement items in source codes

     

    Participate in Marketing/A&D Department meetings as needed.

     

    Attend program kick off meetings/calls for assigned programs.

    Qualifications

    Associate?s degree or 3 years of experience of data analytics.

     

    Excellent communication skills both written and oral

     

    Proficiency in Excel and MS Word

     

    Strong organizational and administrative skills

     

    Strong interpersonal skills

     

    Development and maintenance of excel spreadsheets and data loading.

     

    Must be detail oriented and can multitask.

     

    Must be a self-starter with excellent follow up skills.

     

    Microsoft DAX experience a plus

     

    Industry experience a plus but not required.

     

    Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem solving adjusting and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines and requests.
