The Associate Process Automation Analyst will work with global process owners throughout the organization to learn their workflow procedures, mitigate redundancies and inefficiencies.
What you’ll learn & achieve:
+ Interview process owners / Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to gather business process details. Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct current state process assessments.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile development methodology and process
• Analyze and document business processes at a keystroke level
• Learn capabilities and limitations of robotics software tool. Analyze and observe processes to understand process
steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete Automation
• Communicate effectively with both business process owners and developers to ensure a clear understanding
between both parties and guarantee successful project implementation
• Prepare detailed process documentation including: SIPOC, Initial Process Analysis (IPA), Process Design Document
(PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), etc. Understand and communicate why particular approach would be best
fit for requirements.
• Support and enhance organizational initiatives by supporting change management
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Provides other duties as directed

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
