Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Intelligent Speed Assistance marketing team in a fast-growing vehicle safety technology industry. This role focuses on developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and producing eye-catching designs that strengthen our LifeSafer brand presence and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who can translate strategy into compelling copy, visuals, and campaigns across digital platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Content Development
• Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, newsletters, websites, campaigns, and outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., infographics, social posts, short-form video).
Design & Creative
• Create digital and print assets including graphics, ads, and event collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Support campaign launches with original, visually appealing design materials.
Social Media Management
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social platforms.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and analytics to inform strategy.
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
Skills/Abilities:
• Adaptability – Switch comfortably between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Collaboration – Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts.
• Trend Awareness – Stay current with industry news, social media trends, emerging platforms, and evolving design techniques.
• Problem-Solving – Identify challenges in engagement or campaign performance and propose actionable solutions.
• Attention to Detail – Deliver error-free, polished content and visuals.
• Audience Engagement – Build and nurture online communities through authentic interaction.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on digital content and design.
• Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma), AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) and scheduling/analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• A keen eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Physical Requirements (With or without reasonable accommodation):
• Sitting: Over 70%
