Work You'll Do
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
+ Support business process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
+ Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
+ Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Management Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ 4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
+ 3 years of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience managing multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
+ Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
