    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrician - 1st Shift to join their team. As an Electrician - 1st Shift, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on machinery and equipment

    + Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs

    + Follow electrical codes and safety standards to ensure compliance and safety

    + Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly

    + Collaborate with team members to improve electrical systems and processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous experience as an electrician or in a similar role is required

    + Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    + Good communication and teamwork abilities
