Industrial Electrical Supervisor- $100K- $125K

Martinsburg, WV

_This is a Permanent/Direct Hire position with our client_

**Do you have 5+ years of experience leading industrial electric maintenance teams in an automated electrical equipment environment?** In this role, you will lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal production downtime. Drive preventative maintenance programs, coach team members, and manage budgets within the electrical department.

Well qualified candidates will bring:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, technical certification or trade/tech school studies, along with equivalent experience

+ 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance

+ Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

+ Strong PLC/Automation knowledge (Siemens, Endress+Hauser)

+ Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and toolbox
