Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Phillipsburg, NJ

**Pay Range:** $19.50/hourly

**Shift:** 10PM-6:30AM Monday - Saturday

What's the Job?

+ Picking clothing items based on customer orders or production requirements

+ Packing items carefully for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and preparation

+ Unpacking items upon arrival to verify inventory condition

+ Folding clothing items neatly for packaging or storage

+ Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

+ Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Reliable and punctual work ethic

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
