Are you looking for a hands-on production role in a fast-paced, regulated environment? We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented **Production Operators** to join our manufacturing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across all stages of softgel capsule production—from raw material prep to final packaging and equipment sanitation.

Responsibilities:

You will specialize in one or more of the following production stages:

Material Preparation

+ Prepare gelatin mixtures and combine raw ingredients per formulas.

+ Operate mixing equipment and mobile tanks.

+ Monitor key parameters (temperature, pressure, viscosity).

Encapsulation

+ Perform in-process checks (weight, shape, seal).

+ Adjust machines and perform light maintenance.

+ Ensure proper transfer and sealing of softgel fill material.

Bulk Finishing & Packaging

+ Polish, inspect, and sort capsules.

+ Apply labels and seals, ensure proper batch coding.

+ Conduct final quality checks before product release.

Washroom Sanitation

+ Disassemble and clean production equipment.

+ Follow strict sanitation and chemical handling protocols.

+ Inspect cleaned parts and maintain hygiene records.

+ Ensure cleaned items are properly stored.

We value skills such as:

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort with production machinery.

+ Ability to perform manual tasks quickly and accurately.

+ Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
