Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operations and maintenance of critical facility systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Building Engineer

**Location:** Walpole, Massachusetts

What's the Job?

+ Perform and document maintenance activities on mechanical systems and equipment.

+ Operate and monitor HVAC systems, DI Water, coolers, freezers, and compressed air equipment.

+ Conduct inspection rounds to ensure utilities and equipment operate according to cGMP guidelines.

+ Manage small projects, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for timely completion.

+ Execute quality-related tasks such as commissioning, validation, impact assessments, NCs, and CAPAs.

What's Needed?

+ 2-4 years of experience in cGMP and FDA-regulated facilities.

+ Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BMS), Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS), and Microsoft Office tools.

+ Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to adhere to safety policies and standard operating procedures.
