    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 4640 Press Assistant I (TC - 1st Shift) to join their team. As a 4640 Press Assistant I (TC - 1st Shift), you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 4640 Press Assistant I (1st Shift)

    **Location:** St Petersburg, FL

    **Pay Range:** $16

    **Shift:** First Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist the Press Operator to meet production, quality, and safety goals.

    + Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring conformance to specifications.

    + Support product changeovers and prepare components for the next production run.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the machinery.

    + Support corporate programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, and GMP.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to read, understand, and follow schedules, instructions, and job tickets.

    + Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with team members.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Physical ability to perform activities such as lifting, balancing, and moving materials.

    + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
