    **Job Title:** Clean Rice Supervisor

    **Pay Range:** $70,000 - $90,000

     

    Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Rice Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise a multi-shift operation ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met

    + Manage operational requirements, including inventory and scheduling coordination with internal teams and external vendors

    + Maintain sanitation and fumigation practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations

    + Communicate daily inventories and operational updates to plant personnel and management

    + Collaborate with processing teams to optimize bin and variety utilization for processing and packaging

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

    + Minimum of two years supervisory experience in manufacturing or related environment

    + Licensed in pest control and fumigation applications

    + Experience with SAP shipping and receiving is preferred

    + Knowledge of grain handling operations and Lean manufacturing principles
