Our client, a leading provider in connectivity and technology services, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join their innovative team.

You will be part of the Product and Technology department supporting the development of cutting-edge WiFi and mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

**Location:** Greenwood Village, CO (onsite 4 days/week)

**Pay Range:** $65-70/hour

What's the Job?

+ Develop, modify, and enhance software systems supporting business initiatives related to WiFi and mobile connectivity.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design detailed technical solutions and ensure seamless integration.

+ Diagnose complex issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective resolutions to maintain system stability.

+ Lead technical activities, provide guidance to team members, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.

+ Implement new requirements within an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal user experience.

What's Needed?

+ Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot development.

+ Proficiency in Angular2+ or ReactJS, HTML, Typescript, JavaScript, and NodeJS.

+ Strong knowledge of REST API development and documentation tooling.

+ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka, and cloud services such as AWS.

+ Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of team management and architectural decision-making experience.
