    Role Description:

    The Property Marketing team ensures LoopNet’s premium ad products deliver maximum value to our clients and searchers, positioning LoopNet and Auctions by Ten-X as the premier advertising choice for commercial real estate.

     

    The Property Marketing team comprises graphic designers and marketing advisors who act as an extension of the clients’ marketing campaign through strategic messaging, collaboration, and exceptional customer service. Supporting CoStar Group products and brands, our team develops communication strategies targeting both internal and external audiences.

    Responsibilities:

    + Deliver designs with a good grasp of digital advertising and design principles to maximize visual quality in a variety of sizes from start to finish.

    + Ability to work within templates while adding elements of customization when desired by client or provide design proofs upon client request.

    + Ability to balance time management with ad production as well as ad revisions and client feedback.

    + Balance design speed and quality to maintain a high level of quality output.

    + Manage design assets and contribute to brand templates and team processes.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

    + Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or related fields.

    + A track record of commitment to prior employers.

    + Evidence of strong academic performance in college.

    + Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, related field or equivalent experience.

    + Minimum of 2 years of ad agency, marketing department, or design studio experience.

    + Proficiency in design & prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

    + Experience working with developers, videographers/photographers, and other vendors.

    + Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with team members at all levels.

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced agile environment.

    + This position requires that you present a portfolio of past projects as part of your application.
