    We are seeking a HR Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department through a variety of functions including employer branding, vendor coordination, employee relations, data analysis, and training support. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Employer Branding & Community Engagement

    + Promote the company’s brand through advertising, community events, school partnerships, and sponsorships (e.g., basketball games, billboards).

    + Develop and maintain relationships with local institutions and community organizations.

    + Vendor Management

    + Coordinate with external recruiting partners and vendors.

    + Schedule and manage interviews and candidate communications.

    + Employee Relations

    + Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee experience.

    + Support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

    + HR Data Analysis

    + Compile and analyze HR metrics and KPIs (e.g., interview-to-hire ratios, turnover rates).

    + Present data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions.

    + Training & Development Support

    + Collaborate with external training providers to facilitate leadership development programs.

    + Assist in organizing and tracking training initiatives.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

    + 3–5 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.

    + Payroll experience is a plus.

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
