Our client, a leading organization in the technology and documentation industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Documentation Business Analyst - AZ or NC to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Documentation BA - AZ or NC, you will be an integral part of the Documentation Support Department, collaborating with various teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:** **Technical Documentation BA - AZ or NC (ONLY W2)

Pay Range: $39/hr (W2)

What's the Job?

+ Lead or participate in developing documentation strategies, policies, and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.

+ Establish publication guidelines, conduct procedure audits, and manage certification processes to maintain quality standards.

+ Review, edit, and improve technical materials authored by team members to ensure accuracy and readability.

+ Design and develop technical project artifacts, including Job Aides and training materials for Windows, Mac OS, and related products.

+ Perform quality control assessments of team deliverables and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lead or participate in developing documentation and publishing strategies, policies, and guidelines.

+ Experience in establishing publication guidelines, conducting audits, and managing procedures and timelines.

+ Skilled in reviewing, editing, and enhancing technical documentation authored by others.

+ Proficiency in designing and developing technical artifacts, including training materials for various operating systems.

+ Strong collaboration skills to partner with clients and internal teams, review audience needs, and develop effective strategies.
