    Our client in Anacortes is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join their **Packaging Team** in a clean and supportive manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for those seeking part-time work with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and attendance.

     

    •** **What You’ll Be Doing

     

    As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing food products for distribution. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Packaging a variety of frozen food items such as cheese sticks, French toast sticks, jalapeño poppers, onion rings, fish sticks, and fish patties

    + Inspecting products for quality and consistency

    + Labeling, sealing, and boxing items according to company standards

    + Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

    + Following safety and hygiene protocols in a fast-paced production setting

    •** **Schedule & Pay

    + **Flexible shifts** available Monday–Friday, with optional Saturday shifts

    + Start times: **5:15 AM or 6:00 AM or you can choose a night shift starting at 4:00pm** (shift times are assigned; you choose how many days you work in the week)

    + **Pay:** $18/hour

    + **Training:** Paid, hands-on training provided

    + A positive attitude and strong work ethic

    + Ability to work well in a team environment

    + Capability to lift 35–50 lbs unassisted

    + Reliability and punctuality
