Our client, a leader in financial services supporting enterprise-level finance transformation initiatives, is seeking a dedicated Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting critical financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite)

What's the Job?
+ Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle FCCS applications to support financial consolidation and close cycles.
+ Configure metadata, dimensions, rules, calculations, and data integrations within FCCS.
+ Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions including Management Reports, Smart View, and dashboards.
+ Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional FCCS solutions.
+ Support data integration from ERP, GL, and other source systems into FCCS, ensuring system alignment with accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.
What's Needed?
+ Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS implementation and support (minimum 5 years).
+ Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
+ Hands-on expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations, and data mappings.
+ Experience with data integration tools such as Data Management, Data Integration, EPM Automate, or FDMEE.
+ Knowledge of financial reporting tools like Management Reports, Smart View, and FR, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial consolidation concepts.
