Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Workday Systems Architect to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Systems Architect, you will be an integral part of the technology department supporting innovative HR tech solutions. **Job Title:** Workday Systems Architect

**Location:** Minneapolis, MN

What's the Job?

+ Design and implement system architecture for HR technology platforms, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

+ Lead system architecture projects including data center moves and application modernization efforts.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rationalize and optimize existing HR data platforms.

+ Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions to support HR analytics and reporting needs.

+ Provide expertise on Workday, HCM, Microsoft Fabric, and related data platforms to ensure best practices are followed.

What's Needed?

+ Deep experience with HR technology systems, particularly Workday and Human Capital Management platforms.

+ Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and application modernization.

+ Proficiency in system architecture design and implementation.

+ Experience with data center moves and rationalization efforts.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
