As an Industrial Maintenance Parts/PO Clerk, you will be part of the **Maintenance Department** , supporting the **Facilities and Procurement teams** .

The ideal candidate will have **strong organizational skills** , **attention to detail** , and **effective communication** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Parts/PO Clerk

Pay Rate: $28 an hour

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm Monday - Friday

What’s the Job?

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance parts inventory and conduct regular audits

+ Generate and process purchase orders based on requisitions and inventory levels

+ Track deliveries and communicate with vendors to ensure timely procurement

+ Maintain organized documentation of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

+ Generate reports on inventory and purchasing trends to support decision-making

What’s Needed?

+ Experience in inventory management and purchase order processing

+ Familiarity with vendor coordination and supply chain procedures

+ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

+ Ability to analyze purchasing data and identify cost-saving opportunities

+ Proficiency in using inventory and procurement software
