Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data and Transformation Department supporting the Data Analytics and Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Technical Business Analyst

**Pay Range:** Target Pay Rate: $65.06 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Assess and analyze disparate datasets to identify trends and insights

+ Perform data transformation and support data analytics initiatives

+ Develop organized reports to communicate findings effectively

+ Collaborate with end-user communities and SDLC technology teams to implement solutions

+ Evaluate manual processes for automation opportunities using SQL

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in SQL with the ability to evaluate and automate manual processes

+ Experience with data analytics, transformation, and trend analysis

+ Strong technology background, especially in data-related projects

+ Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to document processes meticulously and interface effectively with various stakeholders
