We’re seeking **Onsite Human Resource Coordinator** to support one of our key client locations in San Antonio, TX. As an Onsite Client Coordinator, you will be part of the Client Dedicated Service team supporting client relationships and talent management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Onsite Client Coordinator
**Location:** San Antonio, TX
**Pay Range:** $21-$25/hr
**Shift:** 8:00am – 5:00pm - M-F
What's the Job?
+ Welcome and onboard new talent with professionalism and warmth
+ Conduct safety orientations and ensure all compliance documentation (e.g., I-9s) is complete
+ Check in with talent throughout the day to ensure a positive experience
+ Review and process staffing orders and assignments
+ Maintain compliance with client-specific requirements
What's Needed?
+ 1+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales, and/or another fast-paced environment
+ Strong organizational abilities – able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
+ Customer-first mindset – committed to delivering exceptional service
+ Tech-savvy – comfortable with data entry, reporting tools, and staffing systems
+ Safety-conscious – understands and enforces safety protocols
