    The Executive Director at Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care holds the honor of fostering and developing a team devoted to ensuring that patients experience grace and solace during their final passage.     Executive Director Responsibilities & Requirements:

    + Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or closely related field preferred

    + Bachelor’s Degree considered with extensive applicable experience

    + 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare preferably in hospice

    + Must be able to demonstrate an effective form of communication, professionalism, and organizational skills

    + Experience with multiple sites is highly preferred

    + Requires the ability to travel

    + Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle

    + Demonstrate the ability to direct, guide, lead, and support staff

    + Ensure appropriate data collection and accurately generate reports

    + Collaborate with agencies and vendors for effective management of services

    + Establish and implement an overall growth strategy

    + Demonstrate the ability to manage the financial resources of the company

    + Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Overall responsibility for the success of the site

    Executive Director Schedule & Benefits:

    + Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm with after-hour work as needed.
