Join us as a **Senior Healthcare Program Manager** , where you’ll lead cross-functional strategies and oversee transformative affordability initiatives in oncology and other key healthcare areas. You’ll be responsible for managing program operations, partnering with clinical and operational leaders, strengthening capabilities, and developing robust reporting to track progress. This position offers the opportunity to shape and expand high-visibility programs, directly influencing both strategy and operations across diverse healthcare domains. Your contributions will drive major affordability efforts, helping to make healthcare more accessible and reducing overall costs, while building programs that have a significant organizational impact.
What** **you’ll** **do:
+ Drive cross functional strategy for specific condition management programs
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the programs, managing tasks, resources, and timeline to meet deadlines and milestones
+ Work with clinical and operational leaders to build support and foster effective communication
+ Build and manage roadmap of capability enhancements for condition management programs and other key affordability initiatives
+ Support market scan and vendor assessments for capabilities and solution
+ Support implementation of new programs and capabilities
+ Build reporting that allows for oversight and management of the efficacy of programs
+ Collaborate with business partners such as legal and regulatory to ensure appropriate scope and considerations are included in project plans
+ Oversee and coordinate resources, ensuring accountability and effective collaboration across various teams to drive engagement.
+ Support teams in clarifying and negotiating ownership of program impacts and work with stakeholders to align on desired outcomes and responsibilities.
+ Lead research efforts and guide the team in defining and assessing the impact of changes, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities. Offer innovative solutions to help the team address and overcome program challenges.
+ Workcollaboratively with key stakeholders to evaluate and solve difficult problems that impact the overall success of the work efforts.
+ Monitor implementation goals and schedules. Drive solutions for problem-solving issues in order toachieve program goals.
+ Document activities and decisions and identify any gaps in processes, ensuring that solutions are found, communicated, and documented.
What** **you’ll** **bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent of (4) years business experience **(Required)**
+ (8) years of business management, project management or implementation management experience **(Required)**
+ (5) years of healthcare experience preferred
+ Demonstrated expertise in program management, including project planning, task coordination, and thriving in matrixed environments
+ Proven ability to excel in unstructured and ambiguous settings.
+ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
+ Ability to provide leadership and direction to team members from multiple areas while influencing successful outcomes.
+ Good negotiation skills with ability gain consensus on project elements and proven history of fostering teamwork and collaboration across multiple functional areas with competing priorities.
+ Ability to drive and deliver needed messaging and decision-making with all audiences, including leadership, and in all forms (e.g., written, verbal, developing and performing presentations).

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Plus Salary Range:
$109,000.00 - $185,300.00
_*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska_ _._
