As the Supportive Health Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: + Assisting the Nurse Manager, RN’s and LPN’s with managing the heath care needs of the individuals served in the agency’s Residential Program. + Remaining in communication with Program staff and management, providers, nurses, doctors, ER staff, case management, pharmacies, parents, guardians, advocates, school administrators and Agency leadership. + Providing direct support to individuals served in the agency as-needed. + Possessing knowledge of basic medical terms, proper medication administrations, and other clinical disciplines.
