    Job Description

    Champion Homes is seeking a **dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager** to lead core financial operations for our corporate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong leadership and analytical skills, and are passionate about driving accuracy and process improvement, we want to hear from you.

    What You'll Do:

    As Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in:

    + Overseeing daily operations of the accounting department

    + Leading month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes

    + Preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations

    + Driving process improvement and automation initiatives

    + Managing financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets

    + Ensuring compliance with SOX, internal controls, and government regulations

    + Coordinating with auditors and cross-functional teams (AR, AP, Treasury)

    + Training and managing accounting staff

    + Supporting Oracle close process and reporting implementation

    + Maintaining centralized accounts payable and vendor reconciliation

    + Handling tax resale certificates and unmatched receiving reports

    What You Bring:

    + Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)

    + 4-7 years of accounting leadership experience

    + Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial close processes

    + Advanced Excel and analytical systems knowledge

    + Experience with payroll, AP, AR, and tax compliance

    + Excellent communication and project management skills

    + Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams

    + Ability to travel up to 10% annuall
