Tribute Home Care is seeking a passionate and driven Director of Sales to join our team and drive the growth of our mission-driven service.

A day in the life
As Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Tribute's sales strategy and driving revenue growth across our service areas in Massachusetts, Maryland and Illinois.
This will be done by:
+ Leading, mentoring and motivating a high performing outside sales team to consistently exceed targets
+ Building and expanding referral source partnerships across markets while identifying new business channels and opportunities
+ Using data and insights to understand performance, uncover opportunities, and guide decision-making
+ Developing and executing clear sales plans with accountability and continuous improvement in mind
+ Enhancing account management, collaborating closely with Client Solutions and Marketing to strengthen relationships with top referral accounts and creatively rebuild faltering ones
+ Overseeing and optimizing the lead-taking process, setting closure rate goals, and coaching the team to deliver measurable improvements
+ Collaborating across functions - working with the CEO, Executive Committee, Market Directors, and other leaders to align on strategy, pricing, and messaging
+ Bringing fresh perspective and curiosity to everything you do - always asking "Why?" and "How could we do this better?"
This role will involve regular travel to our Massachusetts, Maryland and Chicago service areas.
Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:
+ Tribute qualities: compassion, focus on others first, self-awareness, commitment to self-improvement, confidence, open-mindedness, sense of urgency
+ A compelling reason for wanting this role, and a passion for mission-driven work
+ 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in healthcare
+ A proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
+ A strong analytical mindset - someone who loves to ask questions, dig into data and find smarter ways to grow
+ Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
+ Must live in the Greater Boston area, with the ability to travel (including air travel) 1-2 times a month
+ A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
