Please review the following job description:

Responsibilities Include:

+ Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtors

+ Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella

+ Drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectives

+ Track and report appointments

+ Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives.

Requirements:

+ 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales;

+ Understanding of real estate transactions/ closing preferred, but not required

+ Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

+ High level of accountability

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently.

+ Creative problem-solving skills

+ Travel when necessary

+ High energy, a positive attitude a must

+ Team Player and strong negotiation skills

+ Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00
