    Join the sales team at G&W Equipment!

     

    We’re looking for a driven and competitive sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and driving equipment sales in the greater Raleigh area. You’ll work directly with customers across a variety of industries, helping them find the right material handling solutions.

    What you’ll be doing

    + Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory

    + Sell new and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio

    + Build strong relationships with customers and support their capital equipment purchasing decisions

    + Partner with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process

    + Analyze your territory and identify opportunities to increase market share

    + Work with your Regional Sales Manager on territory planning and account strategy

    + Develop business plans tailored to key customers to drive both customer satisfaction and profitability

    + Stay engaged with customers through consistent communication and follow-up

    What you bring

    + Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material handling, construction, or a related B2B industry

    + Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory

    + Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    + Understanding of basic financial principles and margins

    + Persistent and self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency

    + Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with CRM systems
