    Responsibilities

    + Design, implement, and evaluate engaging recreational programs for various demographics.

    + Supervise and train a team of recreation staff and volunteers.

    + Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

    + Foster community relationships and promote recreational programs.

    + Manage budgets, resources, and inventory related to recreational activities.

    + Collect and analyze feedback to improve program offerings continually.

    + Plan and organize special events and community outreach initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Minimum age of 21

    + Valid State-issued Driver’s License

    + Ability to pass a background check

    + Strong leadership and team-building skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    + Current CPR and First Aid certification.

    + A passion for recreation, physical fitness, and community engagement.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

    + Experience in coaching, mentoring, or a related field is highly desirable.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
