Job Title: Phlebotomist - Part Time
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team in a neurology office setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing with precision and care. This part-time role requires adherence to the Code of Conduct and collaboration with medical assistants to ensure efficient specimen collection and processing.
Responsibilities
+ Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
+ Accurately enter specimen data into the company's computer system.
+ Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate analytical area.
+ Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
+ Follow pre and post-analytical testing procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in blood draw and specimen collection.
+ Experience in laboratory and phlebotomy procedures.
+ Competence in specimen processing and patient care.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 or more years of prior phlebotomy experience required
+ Must be comfortable working independently.
+ GED or High School Diploma required.
Work Environment
This position is located at 14001 N 7th St Suite F111, Phoenix, AZ. The work hours are Monday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. You will be working inside a doctor's office, drawing patients' blood and collaborating closely with medical assistants. Our organization offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth, including a career ladder for advancement to a Phlebotomy Technician 2 after six months, along with a 4% pay increase. We prioritize internal promotion for leadership roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
