Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team in Flagstaff. The role involves drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing within a clinic setting. This position is key to the collection, receipt, and processing of biological specimens, ensuring accurate entry into the company’s computer system, and preparing samples for analytical testing. The Phlebotomist will also perform specific analytical testing and follow the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
+ Draw patients' blood and perform specimen processing in a clinic setting.
+ Collect, receive, and process biological specimens accurately.
+ Ensure proper entry of specimen data into the computer system.
+ Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribution.
+ Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
+ Adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills
+ 1 or more years of prior phlebotomy experience
+ Proficiency in blood draw and specimen processing.
+ Comfortable working on a team.
+ GED or High School Diploma required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in laboratory and patient care settings.
+ Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company after 6 months.
Work Environment
The position is based in a Patient Service Center (PSC) located in Flagstaff, AZ. The work schedule consists of rotating 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday between 6 AM and 5 PM. The Phlebotomist will work as part of a team of phlebotomists in a collaborative environment, with ample opportunities for career advancement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flagstaff, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
