    We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile projects in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor sectors. This is a permanent position offering stability, growth, and the chance to work with a respected and forward-thinking team.

    About the Role

    As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

    + Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

    + Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

    + Monitor progress and proactively address delays or budget variances.

    + Prepare and deliver regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

    + Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during construction.

    + Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and safety protocols.

    + Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.

    + Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.

    + Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    + Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects, particularly in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor sectors.

    + Proven success delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

    + Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Sage).

    Preferred Skills:

    + PMP certification or equivalent.

    + Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

    + Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification.

    + Knowledge of Autodesk software is a plus.

    Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

     

    Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with travel to job sites across Fairfield, Hartford, and New Haven counties, and Poughkeepsie, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
