    What You’ll Do

    + Run Specialized Tests: Conduct government and internal tests including climbing drum peels, lap shears, flame tests, and 168-hour evaluations.

    + Monitor Environmental Conditions: Track and record temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and water purity to ensure optimal lab conditions.

    + Perform Chemical Analysis: Analyze aluminum and acid concentrations, monitor solution temperatures, and maintain lab equipment.

    + Quality Assurance: Execute visual inspections, strength tests, and particle counts to ensure materials meet strict specifications.

    + Data Management: Accurately record results, manage inventory, and compile automated reports using Epicor and Excel.

    + Support Continuous Improvement: Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and contribute to process enhancements.

    What You Bring

    + Experience: Minimum 1 year in an inspection or lab environment; 1–3 years in composite testing preferred.

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a science or technology field preferred.

    + Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to interpret technical instructions, and familiarity with HPLC, titration, and lab instrumentation.

    + Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Epicor ERP, Excel, and other data entry tools.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a dynamic manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels and exposure to mechanical equipment and airborne particles. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities, and you’ll be equipped with the tools and training to succeed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
