\Job Title: Quality Analyst Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on overseeing production and logistics to ensure accurate ERP transactions as materials leave the building. The position is embedded within operations, providing a hands-on approach to quality assurance.
Responsibilities
+ Attend morning manufacturing meetings.
+ Monitor the physical movement of materials.
+ Validate work orders and sub-assemblies.
+ Ensure ERP transactions match physical output.
+ Work at control points, including off-lining, shipping, and final assembly.
+ Collaborate with auditors to determine pass/fail status of work orders.
+ Develop corrective action plans by analyzing historical records and identifying inventory discrepancies.
+ Aim to prevent inventory write-offs by identifying and addressing root causes of errors.
Essential Skills
+ Manufacturing, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or defense.
+ Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM).
+ Proficiency in ERP systems, transitioning from NetSuite to Oracle.
+ Experience in inventory control and production control.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, supply chain, or related field.

+ Accounting.
+ Compliance and auditing experience.
+ Logistics knowledge.
+ Detail-oriented with strong root cause analysis capability.
+ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Work Environment
The position is onsite, primarily on the manufacturing floor during the day shift. While overtime is rarely required, it may be necessary as approved. This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
