Wastewater Treatment Supervisor

This role involves preparing capital budget plans, conducting compliance tests, and supervising a team of operators to ensure efficient and environmentally responsible operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in wastewater management, including evaluating key operating variables such as sludge age, respiration rates, and nutrient requirements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating sampling and reporting for WDNR and EPA compliance, managing toxicity tests, and compiling quarterly landfill surcharge and groundwater reports.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in wastewater management is required. Occasional fieldwork may be necessary, and strong leadership skills are essential to guide the team and maintain high standards of environmental safety.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
