    Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

     

    Facilitates production operations by performing a variety of tasks. Operates and monitors equipment and replenishes materials as needed. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Performs general warehouse and picking/packing duties. Inspects sub-assemblies and finished goods. Maintains equipment and cleans production area.

    Responsibilities

    + Use hand tools and power tools for unit assembly according to product specifications.

    + Perform general warehouse duties including picking and packing.

    + Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality assurance.

    + Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of the production area.

    + Previous packaging experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

    The position requires standing for extended periods and performing strenuous repetitive activities. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Work is conducted in a shift environment, specifically Shift A, which is a 12-hour day from 7am to 7:30pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.

    This is a Contract position based out of Durham, North Carolina.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
