    Job Title: Medical Assistant – Women’s Health

     

    Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (One evening shift per week until 6:00–7:30 PM)

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide hands-on support to physicians during patient visits and procedures.

    + Room patients, take vitals, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR system.

    + Communicate test and lab results to patients with clarity and care.

    + Coordinate with pharmacies for medication refills and patient inquiries.

    + Manage appointment scheduling and assist with call center operations.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience: 2–3 years as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

    + Skills: Strong communication, patient interaction, and multitasking abilities.

    + Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + Preferred: Prior experience in OB/GYN or women’s health is a plus.

    + Certification: CMA/RMA preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

    Work Environment

    + High-volume, patient-focused women’s health office.

    + Professional attire required: scrubs, closed-toe shoes, no visible piercings.

    + Modern facility equipped with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for streamlined care.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
