What You’ll Do
As a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing advanced test platforms and architectures for cutting-edge sensor systems. You’ll work across multiple disciplines—electrical design, software automation, and integration—while supporting the full lifecycle of test solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements through deployment.
+ Lead small engineering teams, ensuring technical execution and reporting on cost/schedule performance.
+ Create test solutions for analog/digital, RF, high-power, and embedded systems.
+ Integrate customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) with electro-mechanical fixtures and interface cabling.
+ Identify and resolve test readiness issues throughout development.
+ Support manufacturing operations with on-site troubleshooting and debugging.
+ Present technical updates clearly at project status meetings.
What You Bring
+ Expert-level experience in test equipment design and development.
+ Proficiency in LabVIEW, TestStand, and Windows-based test environments.
+ Strong background in electrical design and commercial test equipment.
+ Hands-on experience with Power, RF, Analog, and Digital systems.
+ Ability to lead teams and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus: Experience in Aerospace & Defense programs or similar high-reliability environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
