Adecco is actively recruiting for an **Account Manager** in Oceanside, CA. As an Account Manager you will serve as a primary liaison between the company and its customers—particularly distributors, retailers, and specification writers. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that clients receive outstanding service and high-quality product solutions consistent with company standards.
**Schedule:** 6am to 2:30 pm or 7am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Processing order and provide status updates.
+ Understand customer needs, quotes, and specifications
+ Provide quotes, product specifications, and proposals. Track orders through quoting, production, and delivery ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
+ Resolve customer issues or non-conformities; coordinate with operations, quality, and customer service to ensure issues are corrected and processes improved.
Skills & Abilities
+ Proven track record in sales or account management, door hardware, particularly in industrial, commercial, or architectural hardware sectors.
+ Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and presentation skills through phone call and emails
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities.
+ Customer-focused mindset; problem solver who can follow through on customer concerns.
+ Proficiency with ERP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
